All the solution of the Web is thought by specialized, proficient, professional and certified experts in each area.Our all experts and their assistants will be responsible for each good or bad movement. No clientele is eligible to threat, force and make personal relationships to our hired team. All customers have right to stay in touch with related expert agent on Skype or Phone until the provision of 100% satisfaction.

Everyone will be answering softly if one uses our ideas, thoughts and dreams in their websites, our designing ideas, developing thoughts and marketing rules and regulations, but he will be accountable for steeling and selling our service using our name and also if he sells our content and website.

The entire content and Images included in this site is copyrighted as a collective work under Government of Pakistan and other copyright laws and is the property of  Wakeel & Shaheen IT Solution Company along with www.ClientsTech.com. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Clients Tech Copyright ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. f

We are responsible if anyone claims for his own Content, Images, Portfolio and any other Testimonials or spam piece of information. Any Third Party can make a complaint against it on info@ Clientstech.com

3- Provision of Services

You agree and acknowledge that Clients Tech is entitled to modify, improve and editing images. You have no permission to work freely. Upfront 60-70% amount will be necessary to start work and the amount left behind will be compensated within one week after completion of task.Rates are negotiable for old and regular Customers. Special discount could be delivering.

Clients Tech will be responsible for discontinuity of  any of its services at its own discretion and without sending a notice to you even if it may result in distortion of provided work. No right to complete work on time.On late work clientele has to obey totally formal procedure to get special discount on overall budget.

4- Trademark

All trademarks, Logo, JQuery Banner Images, service marks and trade names of Clients Tech used in the site are registered trademarks of Wakeel & Shaheen IT Solution Company.

 

5- Warranty Disclaimer

Clients Tech not make any warranty regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.If the client is unsatisfied with our service, his 70% money will be reimbursed within three days. Also the percentage of reimbursement will be based upon the amount of working otherwise 100% money will be returned. After seven days money won’t be refunded.

6- Submitted a Query?

When you submit a Query to us our Customer Support will answer live on Skype, Google talk or Phone to assist you about your Query.

7- Website Hosting

We can offer partial hosting services by exchange server space from I-Page, Hetzner & Local Server. We are often having enormous technical support service guarantee for hosting and domain. In case of incremental of bandwidth, extra Space, another domain and expiry of domain without notifying before one month, we will not be responsible.

8- Web Design & Development

All designs of layout and templates will not be copied & stolen. All Developers will not be responsible for Designs, Logos, Banners and editing images. Designer Team Leader will be responsible for all kind of designs, Logos, Banners and images having the duty to satisfy the customers by showing PSD template.Both job providers and Contractors cannot provide anyone illegal, porn, white hat, Spam techniques & services. Our hired team members are professional having registered from Government. On customer demand our Developing and Designing professional will send Original Documents and prove his expertise in Pdf file.

9- Search Engine Optimization

Our most clients do not have knowledge about SEO; SEO Team Leader will provide proper tutorial, training about OFF Page and ON Page SEO. All SEO Technicians will be responsible for Black hat, Grey Hat, Angela/Paul and Porn Back links and also apply all the rules and regulations of Panda and Penguin. They will show the traffic per day, per year and per month screenshot of Google Analytic tools. Price is to be set up after analyzing your keywords and your completes.

10- Social Media Marketing

The Team Leader of Social Media Marketing will be responsible for all Passwords of  Social Channels Profiles and thefts, hack of profiles and their contents. All the agents on behalf of his supervisor will be marketing day to day working. He will share daily progress reports. In case of losing profiles, their passwords and other termination of social accounts, team Leader will pay 100% loss personally and will make new profiles free of cost. SMM Team Leader has right to change all passwords of Social Profiles after notifying you. He has not any right to change your personal profile passwords such as Gmail, Yahoo, MSN etc.

11- Articles and Contents Writing

Our three hired content writers will assist you in creating and shipping Contents. Their contents and Articles have the copy right authority and will be approved by Contents escape.

13- Clientele Errors

In the event that any customer gives wrong or fake information, Clients Tech reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect, wrong order and Owner of business will reimbursethe payments.

14- Notice

We may send a notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Clients Tech.
